The Congregational Church of Belmont held its annual two-story Rummage Sale on Aug. 7 and 8.
Traditionally one of the largest rummage sales in San Mateo County, the event started with a paid pre-sale from 5:30-8:30 pm on Friday, Aug. 7, when shoppers paid $10 to be the first to see and purchase the merchandise. Those shoppers received a $5 coupon good for their purchases.

The main sale took place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, with a $2 bag sale from 3-4 p.m.
Sale merchandise included kitchenware and appliances, books, clothing, children’s clothing and equipment, toys, electronics, furniture, linen, jewelry and art.
